IELTS The Exam Of Future: Why?

When there are numerous exams to test your English language proficiency, like;

  • PTE
  • Duolingo
  • TOEFL

Why the IELTS exam is the future of English language tests.

The PTE exam is also a popular exam among the students who want to prove their language proficiency. But the problem with this exam is that this exam is not quite popular in Canada and students who file a visa based on PTE score may not get their visa accepted. So this is the biggest drawback of this exam.

Also, nowadays Australia is tightening its rules for international students (according to an official report of ICEF, leading market intelligence resource), so more and more students are migrating to Canada for study purposes. And to get their visa accepted for Canada they are required to take the IELTS exam instead of PTE or any other language test.

Also, Duolingo is a new exam for English language proficiency and is not that much popular in countries like Australia and Canada, so students hesitate to take this exam instead of IELTS exam.

The TOEFL exam is accepted all around the world but is found to be difficult as compared to the other language tests. So students also avoid taking this test and go for an easy approach like the IELTS exam.

These are the main reasons why IELTS is the exam of the future and why the number of candidates taking the IELTS exam is increasing. These are the reason to say IELTS the exam of future.
